11. AnyMail and Google Account Data (added September 28, 2026)
AnyMail connects only the Gmail account you select through Google's consent screen. Read access lets you search and read messages, threads, attachments and related settings. Sending, changes to a mailbox, and Gmail settings are requested as separate permissions when you choose those features.
The Google user data AnyMail may access, for each Google scope you approve, is:
gmail.readonly — search and read mail, including messages, threads, attachments, and related mailbox metadata;
gmail.send — send mail you have reviewed and confirmed;
gmail.modify — modify labels, archive mail, and make other mailbox changes you confirm;
gmail.settings.basic — read and update basic Gmail settings you request, such as filters and vacation replies.
AnyMail uses the Google data you request to answer through the agent you choose and to perform actions you confirm, such as sending a reviewed message, archiving mail, or updating filters. Results returned to your chosen agent may be processed by that agent's service under its own privacy terms. AnyMail does not sell Gmail data or use it for advertising.
AnyMail does not share or transfer information received from Google APIs to third parties except as needed to provide the user-requested feature. When you choose an AI agent, results shown to that agent may be processed by that agent's service under its own privacy terms. No human reads your Google user data except with your consent, or as needed for security, or as required by law.
Google user data accessed from Gmail APIs is stored only locally on your device.
AnyMail stores OAuth credentials, account state and local drafts in private application storage on your device. A Gmail cloud draft or requested mailbox change is sent to Google. If you explicitly save a short mail preference or sender rule, that preference or rule may be stored in your platform account; this is separate from storing message bodies. We do not automatically upload Gmail message bodies or attachments to our platform service.
You can disconnect a Gmail account in AnyMail. This revokes its Google grant and removes its local credential and account binding. Local drafts and files you explicitly export remain under your control and should be managed separately. You can contact us using the address above about your data rights.
Contact noah.consultant@outlook.com about AnyMail or this privacy policy.
AnyMail's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
12. Optional public website measurement (added November 2, 2026)
Where this option is offered on our public website, we collect public page identifiers, page-view events, explicitly labelled install/account/trial link clicks, recognised referring website origins and pre-approved campaign labels only after you allow optional measurement. Unknown sources remain unknown. We do not collect complete URLs, query strings or fragments, form answers, documents, account IDs or visitor identifiers. We do not use session replay or fingerprinting.
Events pass through our existing Cloudflare proxy to our own first-party service and database. Live event records have a 30-day reporting window and are deleted by an hourly expiry task after that window when the database is available. Existing infrastructure backups have separate retention. Ordinary network security logs are separate from this optional measurement. These events are not sent to a new third-party analytics service.
Your allow/decline choice is stored only in this browser for 180 days. Use “Measurement choices” at the bottom of the page to stop future collection at any time. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track take precedence. Counts reflect voluntary browser events, not unique people, verified human visits or completed registrations.
