AnyMail

AnyMail connects the mailbox you authorize, then searches and sends mail when you ask.

What you can do

Search and read messages, threads and attachments; prepare a local draft and review the exact message before sending. When you choose to enable them, AnyMail can also update labels or archives and manage Gmail filters or vacation replies.

Your Google data

You choose the Gmail account and approve access in Google's consent screen. Reading is the initial permission. Sending, mailbox changes and settings are separate permissions requested only when you use those features.

AnyMail uses the messages or settings you request to answer through your chosen agent and to carry out your confirmed actions. Results shown to your agent may be processed by that agent's service under its own privacy terms. AnyMail keeps its OAuth credentials, account state and local drafts on your device; a Gmail cloud draft or mailbox change is sent to Google only when you ask for it. AnyMail does not sell Gmail data or use it for advertising.

You can disconnect a Gmail account to revoke AnyMail's Google access and remove its local credential. Locally saved drafts or exported files are managed separately.
