Need a form that is not in the library?
There are two ways to ask for support. Use the one that matches what you have. A request is an input for review, not a promise that the form is ready to fill.
If you have the official blank PDF
Give your connected assistant one blank PDF from the issuing authority and ask to request support through AnyPDF. Confirm that this is the issuer’s official blank, rather than a completed client form or an unofficial recreation.
“This is the issuing authority’s official blank PDF. Check whether it is already supported. If it is missing, help me request support for this form.”
If the exact form is already known, your assistant can continue to the filling workflow. If it is a new form, wait for support to be confirmed before expecting a fill.
If you only know the form name
Ask your assistant to send a Tell Jacky request with the form name, issuing authority and the task you need. Review the message before it is sent. You do not need to invent a blank PDF or attach a completed personal form to make a text request.
“Please draft a request to add this form to AnyPDF. The issuing authority is [authority] and the form is [name and version, if known]. Show me the message before sending it.”
What happens next?
Your assistant reports whether the exact form is already known or a new-form request was recorded. A new request does not make the form immediately fillable, and no completion date is promised here. Check the current library again when support has been confirmed.
Keep personal information out of the blank
Use the official unfilled template for a new-form request. Share personal facts only when you are ready to fill a supported form through your connected assistant. This public guide does not accept uploads.
